Urgen DNS

I have installed SCOUnix and created the resolv.conf file (/etc/resolv.conf).
I wrote something like this in this file:
nameserver 192.168.1.1
hostresorder bind nis local
But I cant use netscape to be online. I get a message that saysnodomain or something like this
Have you any idea please answer me quickly

add the lines:
domain yourdomain.com
search yourdomain.com

to the resolv.conf file
also check what the domain is in /etc/default/tcp
