UREGNT HELP FRX - NOT PICKING UP ALL GL TRANSACTIONS

SERVER: SQL
FRX: 6.5.184

our B/S Report was working fine since yesterday. I think after I converted GL Account. it is not picking all the tranasctions of few GL Accounts like Retained Earnings etc

Is this happening because of FRX dictionaries might have got corrupted or else.

Any urgent help to resove this would be great help to me

Did you check the GL mask in the reporting tree? For example the old GL mask may be &&&&&-&& and you changed it to &&&&&-&&-&

After you converted the GL Account did you reconcile the GL and run the rebuild gl index in FrX?

There is no tree for this report.
I run rebuild gl index in frx but I didn't reconcile GL through great plains utilities. I did click yes to message 'reconcile Year now" after combine but that message didn't take me to reconcile window under utilities and I did nothing after that?

DO you think I should reconcile year through utilities. Can I run this utility when other users are in the system.

Run the Reconcile through the utility. The message just tells you that you need to reconcile. You can reconcile while users are in the system. You need to run this to update your GL Summary Tables. Go from oldest history year to the current year.

Also, you might want to delete the .g32 for the company you are having problems with. Make sure no one is in FRx when you do this. This file is under the Sysdata folder in the FRx Folder.

I reconciled the years from 2002 to 2005.Upto 2004 it worked well but while raconciling 2005, I got the following error

SQL SERVER DRIVE (SQL SERVER) VIOLATION OF PRIMARY KEY CONSTRAINT 'PKGL10110' CANNOT INSERT DUPLICATE KEY IN OBJECT 'GL10110'

when I clicked OK, It gave error message that 'the store procedure glReconcile Year returned the following results:

DBMS: 2627, Great Plains 0.

Now frx report for 2005 is giving wrong figures. 2004 and 2005 are open years

I have found the solutions to this. I ran financial link and reconcile the year again, it worked fine.
