Does anyone here have any experience with Uptivity (formerly CallCopy) as call recording and screen capture solution? We have an IP Office 500 v2 with software 8.1. We are looking to purchase Uptivity to record the calls of the call center. We want to know any experiences using Uptivity, and ideally using it with an IP Office. We also use Zeacom for our call manager. The reason we are looking at Uptivity is because it connects with both IP Office and Zeacom.
