Does anybody know of any tools that will report server uptime. For example, I would like something that would tell me my server has been up 99.98% of the time for the week of 12/16 - 12/22.

Microsoft has an UPTIME tool that is avaliable at this url:
I don't belive that it allows for detailing specific periods of time but gives cumulative info.
You could run it periodically and send the output to a file for later analysis. That is what I do at our shop.
