Following on from thread318-528345:
What is the best/easiest way to upsize my access mdb file to Pervasive?
There are about 1.5 million records over 20 or so fields. The mdb is about 600mb, but when I've tried importing it into pervasive the mdk file hits 2gb then crashes. Is there any way round this? Why is the mdk file so much larger than my mdb file?

Yes,
I've eset up a table in pervasive using the control center, then linked to it in Access through ODBC. I create an append query from the current access table to the linked table and press go.
When I come back the next morning I've got a 2gb file and it's crashed! Importing a few records is fine, but trying to do the lot just keels over!

Hope you can help, I'm starting to get irritated now!!

Your pervasive file does sound as if it's quite large - have you looked at what's in there does it match what you have in your access database?

What if you were to export your access data into ascii first and then import into Pervasive?
