Upside down Icons

I have an employee whose computer we just installed the Citrix Client, and using Tricerat's Desktop 2001.
when you go into any of the published apps, any icons within them are upside down...for ex. with MS Word open, the small open folders icon, the printer icon, etc are upside down... I checked the Video card, and the drivers seem to be correct...any thoughts?

I have seen this before myself, I the only resolution that worked for me was to install an older version of the ICA client.

Have a look at the Citrix article CTX286506. We encountered this problem on some of our older cards and found it to work a treat.

I have had this problem a lot and the solution for me was to go to the video cards web site and download the latest driver.
