Hi Folks!
I know it's been an issue before but I am stuck here.
We have a BCM 400 running with the latest patches.
We connected an APC SURT3000 UPS to the system and started testing (after full charging)
We have found out that after about 15 minutes the BCM will shutdown.
Is there a way to configure the BCM so that it will go shutdown after a low battery trigger from the UPS is set?
It's seems that right now the BCM will just use a timer.
I have read before that to configure Powershute you have to get access by using VNC. Is there no other way to configure? I am stuck here because the intention of having such a huge UPS is to keep the system running fot longer time. Now it seems it does not matter what kind of UPS will be used. I guess even if I would use a giant UPS, say 10KVA, it will stil shutdown after 15 minutes.
Anyone who can help me with this issue?
Thanks again folks!
Sylvain
