I use an APC SmartUps 700 for my home system, which consists of a single cabinet legend, VMS R3, cordless phone base, a fan, and a Tivo.
That is oversized, as the load is only about 10-15% capacity. But I wanted the runtime and I've just always installed SU700's with legends.... I can probably get away with a Backups 420 but with your double cabinet I'd rather over-estimate towards something bigger.
BTW-
The real way to do this is with orms in the manuals that help you figure out what the power draw is, but in the real world with UPS's so cheap just get something big and your system will run for an hour or two.
You can also try APC.com and go to the telecommunications section. Enter in their configurator what you have, and how long you need it to be up, and they will give you the size of one of their systems. Avaya $ystem$ are good, , but.... well, you know.
Just don't call Avaya.
We had to run a Definity off an alternate ups during a facility upgrade. Apc.com said I could run the switch off an SU2200. An Avaya spokesbot said not a chance in he11. We ran it off the 2200 anyway, had no problems, and the avayaups.com site says it would've worked with only an SU1000.
btw: I meant "forms" in my prior post...
