UPS EDI ANSI 210/4030 Billing File Importer

I am working on a project where I need to import data from UPS (United Parcel Service) file. It is in EDI ANSI 210/4030 format. I am hoping that someone out there has already been through this and can share the code. Anybody have any ideas? I also would be interested in 210/4030 and 210/4060 scripts and or programs.
