Hi,

Can someone recommend me any excellent UPS for Nortel BCM400? At least that can hold about 2-4 hours.

We only have about 30 phones in the office.

Is there any specific requirement for the UPS?

Thank you

Select configure by devices, then select the BCM model you have, it is a good tool that will allow you to input your own time requirements and what they recommend. Based on that result, you can search for a good Battery Back up that meets those requirements (meaning you dont have to buy the APC model, but a similiar one)

Thank you Johnthephoneguy, that's a great site.

Last question, What is the different between Standard (high/low)?

We only have BCM400 with about 30 phones and callpilot.

Thank you

It doesn't clearly explain that, but I would think it is capacity, if you have 20 phones it would be low, 100 phones would be high i think. At least it sounds good! :)

Johnthephoneguy,

There is an option for me to choose either BCM400S tandard (high/low) and I think since I only have 30 phones, It would be low.

Thank you for that site again.
