UPS Advice Needed

I have the following HP Server and UPS located on the web sites below. Is it a bad idea to connect 2 of these servers to 1 of these UPS.

Not the worst idea
UPS output power is enough for two servers, but I prefer to connect 1 UPS to 1 server.

You should get about >13 minutes run time with 2 servers, figuring the power supplies would draw roughly 350 watts under full load.
