UPRADING SQL 2005 TO 2008 ON CCR V7

Is there anything I need to worry about when upgrading the sql from 2005 (full Edition) to 2008r2 (full edition) on CCR V7? Eventually the ccr will be upgrading to v8 along with the IPO but this needs to happen first.
The CCR Server is win2k8 r2.

Just install SQL2008.
It will ask you to upgrade the SQL 2005.
