I am trying to convert the text of a field into uppercase. I have tried the format field option and then going into the formula bar of the font option ie the X2 next to font. In this formual box I have selected the field and the uppercase function. It doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know how to do it?

Uppercase is not a format issue as an "s" is a different character than an "S".
Instead, create a fomula using the uppercase() function.
Uppercase({YourStringfield}) Converts all letters in the string to uppercase.
