This is an interesting delima that has plague me for sometime and I am just figuring out what the issue is.

Print share names are different when logging into 1 terminal server versus another.

Example:

print share UNC on serverA: \\pserverA\printerA
print share UNC on serverB: \\PSERVERA\printerA

This causes our main application to complain stating the printer is not valid. My users have to re-select the printer from the list and all is well.

Is anyone aware of this issue or having a similar issue?

The only time I have heard of something like that is if the Windows server was setup to use POSIX compliant naming (ie identifying names by case). You don't have something like Services for Unix setup on this box per chance?
