UPPERCASE in Crystal 9.0

Hello, I am using Crystal 9.0 and wanted to know if there is a way for me to capitalize fields without having to write a formul, ie: uppercase(table.field). Is there a formatting shortcut for this? Thank you for your help. OT2

There is a funciton called propercase, as in:

propercase({table.field})

Hi synaps, but is there a way for me to capitalize with our using a formula? For example if I have a a text field and I dont wish to re-write the entire text string can I right click or select an option that will automatically capitalize for me?

Nope, but rather than use a text object, create a formula field which uses the propercase against the dtaabase field and drop it into a text object (if you really need a text object).

If you're using a text object without a formula, why wouldn't you have just typed it out as mixed case?
