Upper case function

Is there a function in CR 8.5 to convert a Lower String field value to Upper case.
eg: value = "c" desired value "C"

UpperCase("date") will produce "DATE

There is also a function ProperCase() which will capitalize the first letter of every word. I believe ProperCase() is a UFL which I downloaded from the Crystal Decision website. I assume that this is still available for download somewhere on the BO website.
