Hello,

I am using Crystal v.8.5 and using an Access Database.

I am trying to run a commission report that looks like the following

From To L_Limit U_Limit Rate Pmts Pmts
Date Date Rec'd Earned

8/2/2004 9/1/2005 0 600000 5% 600000 30000
8/2/2004 9/1/2005 600001 800000 7.5% 6000 450
8/2/2004 9/1/2005 800001 2000000 8% 0 0
Total 60600 30450

The problem I'm having is with the Pmts Rec'd formula. Once it has hit the upper limit I need it to start filling in the next "bucket" or up to the next upper limit.

Thanks for any help you may provide.

YOu will have to be more specific, i can not see what you are trying to do.

We really need to see your formulae.

As IanWaterman said, you need to be more specific.

If you want data in bands of 0-600000, 600001-800000 etc., then use a formula field to determine and name the band and then group using this formula field.
