Uploading your new flash website.

hey guys,

after creating a simple website i want to upload it, i want to upload it to a web host (FREE if possible).
but i haven't got a clue how to do it!

i've looked on google for 'free web hosting' and i can find a few - so that's cool.
i've looked on google for 'uploading flash website' but nothing that comes up really helps me out.

any help/advice/suggestions are greatly appreciated (and needed!)
