Uploading to FTP

I am trying to replace an old web page with a new one, but having trouble uploading. I keep getting an error message that it's not finding the remote host. This is how I have filled in the blanks for remote info:
Access: FTP
FTP Host: ftp://ftp.pacifier.com
Host Directory: home.pacifier.com/~maryp.public_html/
Login: maryp
Password: ********
Use Passive FTP: Yes

Am I missing something? Our ISP (Pacifier) is at a loss too.

If you're behind a proxy or firewall on your computer or your hub, Dreamweaver cannot handle this. I for one never use Dreamweavers FTP and just downloaded WSFTP. Best to work with a dedicated FTP program instead.
