Uploading Pictures to Discussion Board FP2002

I am using FrontPage 2002. I found a template for creating a discussion board in the FrontPage wizards. Is it possible to add an image upload capability? That is, we want the users to be able to post a message and if necessary upload a picture that can be seen below the message.

Also, I didn't see any way possible for a message to be deleted once it had been posted. Any help there?

You can't upload an image using the FP discussion board. Its not that advanced. Its just a simple discussion board. If you want to delete a discussion you will have to turn on the hidden folders in FP and find the post number and delete it through FP. You can choose to show hidden folders under Web Settings.
