Uploading information to AS/400

I have a MS Access database that takes info off of AS/400 through an ODBC driver and populates a bunch of tables and stuff. I would like to be able to u/l this info back into the AS/400 automatically. Right now, I could export to a text file, then click on the send button in AS/400, then select my local file and the member info. I would like to be able to do this automatically, preferably through Access. Does anyone know if this can be done??? Thanks in advance for your help.
