uploading images problem EZClassifieds

Hi, I recently installed an .asp script - EZClassifieds (

script I found at aspin.com. Great script and all is well EXCEPT I can't figure out for the life of me how to upload images. My site is at

http://www.MoparMecca.com/classifieds/main.asp.

It is in testing stage right now so feel free to post dummy ads, etc. I had my host set permissions for write/modify but still getting error: Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Invalid class string.

Not sure if this is enough information -- am new.
