I have got a Cisco 7920 Wireless IP Phone which was given at the 2004 Partner Summit and the phone is locked down. I have the configuration utility and the usb cable. When I hold down the # key while the phone is powered up I can get the PC to talk to the phone but it immediately prompts for a firmware upload. When I try to upload a new firmware image I get an error message saying the memory in the phone is insufficient for uploading firmware image. (Error Code : ERR 304). Is there anyway to reset the phone and erase the existing firmware image so that I can upload a new firmware and get full access to the phone menu? Thanks.
