Uploaded a pdf Web form & it does not e-mail when I click Submit

I follow the instructions creating a form in LiveCycle with an http button and an e-mail address. I re-open in Acrobat and distribute the form for later use. I uploaded the pdf file. Once on the server I tested it and the print button activates OK however when I submit it it doesn't e-mail. I've followed the instructions and did everything suggested however it never sends the form. What might i be missing?
