Upload problem / CSS not working

I am having trouble trying to figure out why my site is not loading with CSS in place, nor my images, when I upload. It looks great in Dreamweaver, but not when I upload. Its like the CSS gets dropped when I upload. Any assistance, appreciated. Here is the site:

if your site is hosted on Unix check your capitalisation
*nix is case sensitive, Windows is not.

to *nix, "style.css" is not the same file as "Style.css" or "STYLE.css" etc.

if in doubt use all lowercase.

Also: check for hard-coded paths. All URLs (.CSS and images included) should be relative (for example, blah.jpg instead of

http://mymachine/mysite/blah.jpg).

Completely stupid question. Did you upload all files to the server or just your html file(s)?
