Upload Pages

Is there a good place I can find a tutorial on to create an Upload page on my web site?

I want them to be able to upload to the current directory, or any of the subfolders.

How can I go about doing this? -Ovatvvon :-Q

We incorporated this code in our member portal for a file upload/download area. Works really well too.
