Upload Information Into Several Tables

Hi All,

I currently have a CRM (Customer Relationship Mnaagement) system up and running and now have been asked to redesign it and I wonder if its possible!!!!
The database is set up that when on the network the sales guys can input their information and its automatically stored, now what I have been asked is that if a sales guys is say at an airport and he cant log into our network can they input the information into an identical database and then upload it???

Someone please help!!!!
