upload files to webDAV with PYTHON (pyDAV?)

I have been looking for documentation or examples for uploading files to a webDAV server via python script. It seems to be a 'ghost' library. Most of the links I find are broken, and the links I do find are not helpful. Can anybody help? Any links, info, or other examples of how I can copy a file from my local hard drive to a webDAV server on my pc (windows) would be greatly appreciatted!
