upload files from local or excel to sps trough excel

hi,
i use excel to extact some file with the export method in VBA (i dont really know programing) to export "GIF" files.
and then i use copy paste to upload.
how can i upload a files via macro to sps.
from excel (and dont use export) or from local folder.
i only know to enter the sharepoint via http://

thank for your help.
