1st: Is there a file in procomm that logs all the commands and/or actions that take place? And if so, what is it?

2nd: What are the commands that tell procomm to upload and/or download a file?

thanks in advance

There isn't a comprehensive log file, but Procomm does offer a connection log that can be expanded a bit. By default, the connection log is on and you can read its contents from the File | Connection Log menu item. You can also tell Procomm to save status line messages to the log file, so your script could use the statmsg command to send messages to the status line. You can turn this on my selecting the Options | System Options | System Options menu item within Procomm and checking the Write status line messages to the Connection Log checkbox.

To send and receive files, the commands to use are sendfile and getfile. I have an example script on my site that shows an example of how to receive a file.
