Upload Corp Directory from OTM to Switch 1

HI all,
Option61C 25.40, OTM2.0

Trying to upload current Corporate Directory from OTM to Switch, via ethernet,in orer to use name dialling facility. I can generate a report OK but uploading (following the manual)just doesnt work. Scheduled job gets disabled.
Name dialling works but with old out of date directory.
All other syncronization jobs work ok.

Any ideas please?

Hi,

You need a patch in your switch to make the corp. dir. upload work.

Get the latest dep. list and your problem is fixed.

Patch MPLR16923 address the corporate directory uploading issue for Rls 2540. Check if your system has this patch in-service.
