UPIQ IQ 6160 Available Queues

Hi All

Installed a few IQ's in my time but never UPIQ (Updated Position In Queue).

On the 6160 (5.8) I've set up the PBX (Mitel 3300 on MCD 5.0) and CCM (6110 on 5.8) under the Congigure menu and have set up a Port Group for UPIQ. When i come to configure UPIQ under 'Configure' -> 'Updated Position In Queue' there are no availabel queues to monitor, literally the box is empty and says 'none available'. Anyone any ideas?

I've tried manually adding a new queue to the CCM but IQ dosetn pick it up..

Licensing issue?
