Upgrading Windows 95

How do I get Windows 95 A to be version B? I have tried the only service release that I could find for it, and it made no difference. I also tried installing IE4 to see if that changed it, but it doesn't. Any ideas?

Windows 95 B is a complete new release of Windows. You will need a B version Windows CD to upgrade.
