Upgrading Win2Kpro to XP, multiple stations on NT domain

I'd like to upgrade 200 workstations that curently have w2Kpro to XP. We don't have any 2000 servers, just have NT servers. I'd like to upgrade these machines and be able to keep all data and applications intact. I have tryed using unattended w/win32 but it wiped out current applications.

I'd recommend giving Altiris RapidDeploy a try. It has the ability to capture machine "personalities" and redeploy them with the new OS.
