Upgrading VM Pro Server and copying files

Earlier today I posted a thread because I was having difficulty copying files from the old server to the new server and then being able to hear Users' previous name, greeting or messages.

THANK YOU kwing112000 for a post from 2008 where you said to make sure it wasn't being copied as a folder in a folder. Duh, time to get the reading glasses and slow down.

Please reply so I can give you a star.
