Upgrading Unify X3 issue

Hi all, I am having an issue when trying to upgrade a X3 - it is currently V2 1.1 and I'm trying to upgrade to V2 2.2 however when I was onsite earlier today I uploaded the file which is under 1gb and set to upgrade at 9pm this evening (uk time), I noticed there was an error saying there is not enough space for the file however the pbx apparently has over 2gb storage left.
how do I create more space on pbx for the upgrade to become possible? Do I need to go to a lower version first?

Deleting the traces should give you more space on the SDHC card.

Hello ,

I have an openscape X3 V1 and I wish to upgrade it to V2.

V1 licenses should first be converted to V2 and injected into the system.

Then upgrade the system from V1 to V2.

Someone know how to convert the licenses and how to do the upgrade?
