Upgrading to XP

I am trying to upgrade a pc at work to XP, this one is the only one giving me problems. After it performs it pre installtion, I get the blue screen of death and this error code 0x0000007B (0xFC90F63C, 0xC0000034,0x00000000, 0x00000000) Any help is great.

Sounds like a hardware conflict
