Upgrading to Visual Basic 6.0

Are there any issues in upgrading applications written in Visual Basic 4.0 and Visual Basic 5.0 to Visual Basic 6.0?

I think the biggest issue is that the programs are not backwards compatible with VB5 or VB4 once you have edited them in VB6. At least as far as I remember I have not done anything like this in a long time.

So I've heard. I've been able to go back and fro with no problems just by taking out the retained line in the vb6 project file.

That should work. Just stick away from the new features of VB6. Im guessing that would cause some issues. I would give you a list of new features of VB6 but hell I cant think of any. :)
