Having a problem with the upgrading of the 96x1 phones to SIP firmware. We are using the AVAYA MVTEL product as our file server and we have changed the SIG to equal 2 for SIP. The phone goes out and gets the initial files but then gets stuck in a reboot loop saying it can not obtain the files needed to complete the upgrade. Has anyone seen this issue or had any experiences like this? It is almost like the phone is no longer getting the IP Addresses for the file server or perhaps we have the files loaded in the wrong directory?
