Upgrading to SBS

Hi everyone,

The company I work for are considering switching from MS Small Business Server 4.5 to Novell SBS.

However, we used to use Novell 3.11 and wonder what eligibility criteria there are for getting an "upgrade" price for SBS. We have the original box with everything in it, but are not currently using Novell.

Please advise - if you need any more info, please just ask!

I upgraded from Netware 3.12 to 5.0 a while ago and all I needed was the Serial Number from the Setup Floppy Disk #1 (it's on the back of the label). I ordered directly from Novell's Web Site but if you use a Novell VAR they will need the same thing. I think I also had to make a Photo Copy of the diskette (front & back) and Fax or Mail it in later to get the price break.
Only thing I'm not sure of is if you can go from 3.11 # user License to SBS # user License. There may be restrictions on this. I'd check
