Hi, we have a bcm 50 that has an existing T1 that we are upgrading to a pri circuit. Do I need to do anything else other then the software change to the DTM module and change it to DTM-PRI? I checked the keycodes and I do not see anything that relates to PRI?
I think there might be dip switch setting that need to change on the dtm? If so, is this difficult, would I need a tech out there or can anyone change the dip switches? Thanks

As you are replacing a module, there shouldn't be a keycode problem as it only applies to the number of expansion units attached and these wouldn't have changed.

If you intend to do the programming by yourself, then do a couple of full backups first!.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Will do some backups, thanks. As far as changing the module out, I was told there is no need for any hardware changes since we have a working T1.? Do you think I need to change out the existing DTM?

Great thank you. One more question, do I need to change any dip switch settings on the dtm?
