Upgrading to MCD 4.1

Hi All

Does anyone know which document outlines the exact procedure when upgrading to MCD 4.1. I know you have to upgrade to MCD 4.0 first, migrate your database to common distribution and run migration check command however it would be helpful to be able to reference to Mitel documentation.
I have search through MCD 4.1 THB without any success.
