I am trying to upgrade my version of IE to version 6, but whenever I use the setup program it tells me that I have an incomplete install that needs a reboot to comeplete. This is utter BS as I have rebooted the computer dozens of times over the past few months and it still tells me the same thing everytime I try to upgrade. Does anyone have any idea what my problem is?
