Upgrading to exchange 2003 anything to look out for????

I'm upgrading from exchange 2000 to 2003 and was wondering if anyone had any words of wisdom for me?

We utilize just about everything in exchange 2000 so if there is a good check list or something, that would be great.

Any suggestions are welcome too.
