The instance of sql express I have is old will 11d migrate them over fine?

This is my environment check warning...

Warning
An older version of SQL Server has been detected on this machine. The older version may not be selected to use with Backup Exec. Instead, choose to install a new SQL Express instance or choose an existing SQL Server 2000 (SP3a or later) instance during the installation.

Instance: BKUPEXEC, Version: 2000 SP 3a
Instance: WSUS, Version: 2000 SP 4

What version are you coming from? My upgrade failed with an error indicating that the database did not migrate. My job logs and job definitions were gone. Interestingly, the catalogs are available in the restore window and I was able to do a test restore. This was coming from version 9.
Be careful, during the install the SQL portion appears to be hung, but according to the manual, it can take 30 minutes or more without any change in the progress bar.

My upgrade went fine - from 9.1 with the latest patch.
Weekend backup jobs went through fine, but it was a pain in the butt to go back thru all the job to make sure that permission is correct.

So far my impression of 11d is that it has more information regarding backup tapes and jobs and the logs are more informative....about damn time.
