Upgrading TN's on Option 11c

I need the procedure on upgrading the tn's on option 11c. This is going to be my first time upgrading the tn's.

Go to upgrade in LD 143 & type upgrade and you will need to follow the prompts.

I hope you have the new ISM paramenters from Nortel along with the 3 new keycodes that is required to do the upgrade. Go to LD 143 and type UPGRADE. Select Option 2 System upgrade.
Select option 3 next and then you have to select the software package you have. It is located on the keycode sheet you received from NORTEL. Make the appropiate changes to the ISM paramenters and put in the keycodes and say yes to upgrade. You will not have to SYS Load the switch as it is only a TN upgrade.
