Upgrading SV9500 from V9 to V11 - can't log in to PC Pro

I'm in the process of upgrading our SV9500 from V9 to V11. Fortunately I have a "lab" system where I can do this. I ran into a snag after the below procedure:

1) I created 2 CFast cards with the CFast init utility, loading the V11 software and no office data on it.
2) I put in the CFast card to the CP03 and fire up the system and browse to it on port :9821 (the system comes up on default IP 192.168.0.2 on LAN 1 as expected when I flip one of the dip switches ON on the CP03 card)
3) With the browser, I upload my saved office data and the license file
4) I reboot the system. I can ping LAN1 and LAN 2 just fine. I can browse to LAN 1 on port :9821 and do anything I want.
5) BUT: when I want to connect to it with PC PRO, it complains about incorrect username or password. I tried the logon I had on the live system I took the backup from, as well as the default NEC logon. Neither worked.

I know that my license file and activation code is tied to the live system's CPU-s, so this "lab" system is not properly licenses, but I could get past the one-time activation code procedure, so I should be able to connect to it for 3 days.

You need to create a User account if you don't have one set already. Leave the user and password blank for the first time logging on and it will prompt you to create one.
