Upgrading SQL 2005 with failover clustering to 2008

I have a Windows 2003 Ent. server running Sql Server 2005 with failover clustering and I need to upgrade the Windows version to 2008 ent and also upgrade the SQL version to 2008 Ent. Can anyone recommend whether to do the SQL software upgrade first or do the windows operating system upgrade first?... Thank you for your time.
