Upgrading software on PIX 520

Hi

I need to upgrade a PIX 520 version 4.2(3) to the latest software version in order to enable VPN and DES. The PIX used to be part of my clients network but has been out of action now for a couple of years.

Do i need to contact Cisco to obtain this Activation Key?
