Upgrading Small Business Backoffice to ver 6.61

I having trouble with Arcserve for NT Small Business Backoffice. The tape drive is not supported by the version. When I rang CA they said that it could be upgraded to Arcserve 6.61 and I needed a universal upgrade disk 6.61. They do not have this disk only the 2000 version. Does any one have a disk or do you know what files on CA web site to use to do this upgrade. Thanks for any Help.
